District surveys parents, aids protest

Alleged incident at St Anthony Elementary School · Minnesota

The school district implemented an "Equity Review" that included a survey asking parents about their gender identity and sexual orientation. A middle school principal also facilitated student participation in a political protest by providing permission forms. The district further updated its policies to include "gender identity or expression."
