School funds 'antiracist' staff course

Alleged incident at Bellevue High School · Bellevue School District · Washington

A high school offered to use school funds to send staff members identifying as white to an "antiracist leadership development" course. The course description detailed discussions on "white norm of individualism, power and authority" and "structural racism." Staff were encouraged to reflect on their "racist thinking" and "collusion with whiteness."
