District Hides Student Gender
Alleged incident in Somerset Hills Regional School District · New Jersey
The Somerset Hills School District implemented a policy allowing students to assert their gender identity without parental consent or notification. The policy instructs staff to use preferred names and pronouns, and permits restroom use based on gender identity, even if parents object. The district also threatens legal action against parents who disagree with their child's gender identity.
