Gender Plan Raises Family Concerns
Alleged incident in Rockingham County School District · North Carolina
A school district implemented a "Student Support Plan" for gender transition, which includes questions about students' preferred names and pronouns, and their usage at home. The plan also asks about non-family individuals assisting students if family members are not affirming. This policy raises concerns regarding parental notification and involvement in sensitive student matters.
