District affirms gender identity policy

Alleged incident in Saratoga Springs City School District · New York

The Saratoga Springs City School District Board of Education passed a resolution affirming its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This resolution states that students can participate in sports and use facilities consistent with their gender identity, including biological males in female sports. The board also rejected federal executive orders targeting transgender students.
