District Hides Gender Identity

Alleged incident in Kingsway Regional School District · New Jersey

The Kingsway Regional School District maintains a policy allowing students to assert a gender identity without parental consent. This policy states that staff are not obligated to inform parents and will continue to use a student's chosen name and pronouns even if parents object. The district indicates it will consult an attorney if parents disagree with a student's preferred gender identity.
