District Hides Gender Identity From
Alleged incident in Cartwright Elementary District · Arizona
A school district adopted a policy and provided staff training on gender identity. The guidance suggests that students can assert a gender identity at school without parental involvement. Staff are advised to protect student privacy from families deemed unsupportive, and the training promotes gender as a spectrum.
