Alleged incident in Milford School District · New Hampshire
The Milford School District has a policy that instructs staff not to disclose a student's transgender status or gender identity to their parents without the student's permission. This policy also mandates the use of preferred pronouns and allows students to use facilities aligning with their gender identity.
