Kearsarge Gender Identity Policies
Alleged incident in Kearsarge Regional School District · New Hampshire
The Kearsarge Regional School District has policies addressing student gender identity, preferred names, and pronoun usage. One policy suggests that parental involvement in a student's gender identity decisions may be bypassed under certain circumstances. Additionally, the district's policies allow students to use facilities matching their gender identity and classify intentional misgendering as sexual harassment.
