District's Secret Gender Policy
Alleged incident in Twin Falls District · Idaho
A school district implemented a policy on gender identity and sexual orientation that mandates staff keep students' gender identity confidential from parents. The policy threatens employees with termination for disclosing this information. The district collaborated with the Idaho School Boards Association in developing this policy.
